Hi, I’m Ellen

I am an executive coach, an international business lecturer, an author, and an avid golfer who for almost 30 years has helped leaders and their organizations create emotionally and psychologically safe workplaces where everyone feels seen and respected.

My team and I support executive leaders in clarifying their beliefs and values about expected employee behavior. As a subject matter expert on workplace culture, my team and I facilitate learning that transforms individuals and organizations in their relationship with one another, the result is improved employee engagement scores, less “quiet quitting” and improved brand attraction to potential employees.
